Ali Foster’s The Rejects (Book 1 of the Ginomees Trilogy) has been published and will be released for sale on 1 May 2017 through all good online print and ebook stores, worldwide. Additionally, IFWG Publishing is finalising a printing deal in New Zealand so that print copies can be distributed locally without prohibitive overseas printing/shipping/import taxes overheads. The Rejects will be officially launched at LexiCon (the 38th New Zealand National Science Fiction and Fantasy Convention) at Lake Taupō (2nd to 4th June 2017). Plenty of copies will be available for sale and signing.
“We’re ginomees, it says so right here. Look! G-N-O-M-E-S spells ginomees!”
A group of discarded garden ginomees turn their backs on the boredom of a lifetime in the garden and set out in search of adventure. When a good deed goes wrong, Noname and his friend Flutey are forced to fly over the Tripletoe Mountains to win back the hats stolen by a band of wild ginomees.
The Rejects is a juvenile fantasy novel, perfect for 8 to 10 year olds, but nevertheless delightful for all ages beyond.
