Peter was born in 1941 and lived in Western Australia. A short story writer, he was also a poet, writing children’s and Australian bush poetry. He studied at Edith Cowan University and earned a degree in writing at the age of sixty-eight. His short stories and poetry have been published in several anthologies, magazines and on websites. A member of the Peter Cowan Writers Centre, he also ran workshops on creative writing and poetry.
His most recent IFWG publication is In the Heat of the Day, a climate change science fiction novel for adult readers.
