New Acquisition: Final Three Books of the Warriors of Vhast series by Cary J Lenehan

IFWG Publishing has had a strong association with Cary Lenehan, exclusively with his long-running epic fantasy series, Warriors of Vhast. Right from the beginning we were entranced with the world building he carried out, and the diversity of characters, associated (inexplicably, but with reason) with many real human cultures. This was and is his strength and sales and a continuously growing fan base has vindicated our decision to publish his novels.

To date we have published books 1 to 5 of the series, and understanding that it will finish at book 8, we have acquired the rights to the final three instalments: books 6 to 8. We are very happy to have completed the legal end of this acquisition and now can focus on the production side, to continue the saga to its fantastical conclusion.

Book 6, Following the Braid, is earmarked for May 2022 – please keep checking in on more news about this exciting new instalment in the series.

Cary J. Lenehan is a former trades assistant, soldier, public servant, cab driver, truck driver, game designer, fishmonger, horticulturalist and university tutor— among other things. His hobbies include collecting and reading books (the non-fiction are Dewey decimalised), Tasmanian native plants (particularly the edible ones), medieval re-creation and gaming. Over the years he has taught people how to use everything from shortswords to rocket launchers.

He met his wife at an SF Convention while cosplaying and they have not looked back. He was born in Sydney before marrying and moving to the Snowy Mountains where they started their family. They moved to Tasmania for the warmer winters and are not likely to ever leave it. Looking out of the window beside Cary’s computer is a sweeping view of Mount Wellington/Kunanyi and its range.
